🔧 template review required – we ensure your invoice layout contains all mandatory fields (HS codes, tax, etc.) before installation.

Please download the Excel registration form below, fill it with your organisation's accurate details as registered on TARMS, and return it to us via email. The form captures:

  • 1st email address – the email registered on TARMS (must match official records)
  • 2nd email address – the email that will appear on invoices (for client communication)
  • Company legal name, TARMS reference, VAT number, physical address, etc.
  • Ensure all information is correct – this data will be used to configure your profile and invoices.

    • 2. branding – provide your logo and optional banking details.

    Log into your dashboard. Create invoices manually or upload existing ones. The system adds the ZIMRA QR code and submits automatically. Download signed invoices or email them directly. No interaction with your local accounting system needed.

    🖥️ POS solution

    Once installed, the fiscal app runs in the background. Print invoices as usual from your accounting software – they are intercepted, fiscalised, and submitted to ZIMRA. Use the fiscal dashboard to open/close the 24‑hour fiscal day with two clicks. No extra steps for each invoice.

    seamless integration

    POS note: The fiscal app integrates directly with your accounting system. As long as your invoice templates contain all required ZIMRA fields (HS codes, tax amounts, etc.), the system will extract, fiscalise, and submit automatically at print time – no manual uploading or editing. Fiscalised receipts include QR codes on both A4 and small receipt formats.

    web‑based note: You can also upload PDF receipts generated by your accounting system; our parser reads them and fiscalises them. Demo clip available upon request.
